The grapes come from different plots with clay-

limestone soils and pebbles in the Rueda region.

The vines are over 30 years old, and we have grafted

buds of the Godello variety.

We opt for fermentation with natural yeasts to

achieve the fullest expression of our terroir.

The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a

controlled temperature of 18-22ºC. We work with

low yields, alcoholic fermentation takes place with

natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and the wine

remains on its lees for a short period before bottling.
