We work our vineyards using only with natural products, such as plant infusions, ozone or whey. Insect hotels help us to prevent pests and diseases.

Bodega menade-uva-verdeja

100% organic

We replace chemical treatments with natural techniques, respectful of the soil, vines and yeasts. We minimise the use of sulphur.

Wild yeasts

Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with wild yeasts, which are those found naturally on the grape skins.

Zero carbon footprint

The winery is self-sufficient, we use the lightest bottles on the market and which are easy to recycle in order to eliminate the carbon footprint.

Passion for Verdejo

All of our vineyards are re-grafted with our own Verdejo clone, which comes from our own 100 year old plus vines that have differentiating characteristics.
