During the finally emerging Spring our Export Team will be showing our wines at a number of very specific Events.
We kick off on May 2nd in the Hoxton Hotel in París, with a special Menade evening.
We’ll be at Fenavin, Ciudad Real
After this, May 7th to 9th sees us at Fenavin, Ciudad Real. This is now undoubtedly Spain’s key Wine Fair, only celebrated every 2 years, and you’ll find us in Virgilio (Pavilion 5) – Row/Street 14 and Stand 9.
All our offerings will be on show; and on the 7th Alejandra Sanz will be with Zoltan Nagy to celebrate the second printing of his book Reinas de Copas – aka Wine Queens. The great women of wine. 59 wines with a woman’s soul. The 8th will in turn see a rare appearance from Richard Sanz, who’ll be part of a round table event to consider El Vino por las tierras de El Hereje de Delibes. For non Spanish speakers, this boils down to Wine in the context of Valladolid born novelist Miguel Delibes and his last novel The Heretic.
Meantime and afterwards (!) we´ll also be at the Independent Hotel Show in Amsterdam May 8 and 9
Dublin will be next – from May 14th thru 16th with The Real Wine Fair as a centre piece on the 15th:
Though in the interim we have a tbc Menade only consumer event pencilled in for Berlin with our friends Wein & Vinos either May 13th or 14th
Next up is – embarking on its 6th year – is Top Drop Vancouver: a 2 day trade and public event held at the Roundhouse in Yaletown and various Vancouver restaurants May 23 and 24th.
This brings together a collection of small, hands on wineries, craft breweries, cideries and food purveyors who are passionate about their craft.
And we round the month up and dovetail into June with a Tasting for Knokke in Belgium on May 31 through June 1st.
Summer will by then hopefully be on the way and so far we have Switzerland in the diary for the 3rd week of June, so if you’d like us to come and enthuse you please get in touch and if you’re based at any of the locations detailed above we look forward to receiving you with a warm welcome.
