The Covid-19 pandemic is causing real problems for many families whose resources have been limited. For this reason, Bodegas Menade (Rueda) will hold an open-air charity concert in the vineyard, at 12.00pm on Saturday 19 December, with proceeds going to the Food Bank in Valladolid.
The artists playing at the concert, Celtas Cortos and Los Perets, as well as the presenters, Chavo and Chapu, will be participating completely free of charge, along with all the other collaborators: Calle Underground, Entretenimiento Creativo, Producciones y Orquesta Origen, and Pescados La Alondra. Bodegas Menade, in addition to promoting the event, will give all attendees a complimentary bottle of Menade Verdejo.
Tickets, with a price of 15 euros, can now be purchased at www.pucelaentradas.com; the capacity will be 200 people and there will also be a ‘row 0 ‘ for those who wish to participate in this charity initiative to help alleviate the suspension of food collections.
Doors will open at 11.00am to ensure all anti-Covid safety measures can be followed: the use of a mask will be mandatory at all times, temperatures will be taken at the entrance to the event and attendees will remain seated with a safety distance of 1.5 metres between chairs.
With this concert Bodegas Menade reaffirms its commitment to charitable initiatives, which every year can be seen in the ‘Arrozada Solidaria’ charity event, usually held in the month of June, whose winner donates the prize to a charity of their choice.
